All in all everything was perfect, had a real good stay in February. The staff was absolutely kind and welcoming all the time. The location was excellent and beautiful - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. You could walk to a bakery and a supermarket...

Delicious and good breakfast with toasties. Excellent location close to main attractions. Next to the local bakery, a beautiful olive tree garden, and a hillside overlooking a beautiful valley.

Excellent location . Very clean. Very simple. Good direction signs
The bbq in the entrance with a lot of smoke and smell. The staff was nice but we didn't like the owner's attitude.

Very relaxing place and confortable room, a bit far from kalambaka station but good place to go to meteora. (I could ask pick-up from the city so it was not a problem at all) The owner and his brother were so kind!! Definitely coming back here again next time=)

"Very good people, very nice, very friendly!" It is possible to book dinner (grilled chicken pr pork, Greek salad,) it is good inexpensive and avoid a trip to town in the evening. Beautiful view over the plain and the Meteoras. Good assistance from the staff on how best to organize the visit of the monasteries Excellent value for money..
Only cash accepted for payment, but since the price of room is very reasonable that is not really an issue.

I loved the location in the country, close to the monasteries and set in an olive grove. The rooms were modern and bright. I had only one problem which is described below. If not for that problem, this Guesthouse was perfect.
Costas was annoying in his pushiness, inviting us to have a drink with him, and then asking us to write letters recommending the hotel. I read this in reviews before making the booking so it didn't surprise me. He told us because we were good, kind people he was giving us a deal for dinner of 14 euros, and then it came to 23 euros he told me the salad was an additional 5 euros and the bread was 1 euro and our drinks were 3 euros additional. I thought this might have been a problem of language, but when the following night I tried to be very specific about what we wanted, he tried to charge us 5 euros for "extra french fries" when I asked for one dinner for my daughter and I to share. I finally protested the "hidden" charges.

the host was very friendly, the location was wonderful
breakfast was minimal and not appealing, rooms were not very clean, toilet did not function very well - basically this is a low budget hotel

No complains at all, the venue met the purpose. Enjoyed to be here, the hotel was clean and silent, the location was unbeatable and excellent in a quiet area. The breakfast was delicious with home grown fresh delicious olives; the staff was exceptionally kind. Comforts of good-sized room with valley view were fabulous.

It is excellent for someone who has a car and prefers a bit outside location away from the tourist town. The staff is very hospitable and tries to cater to any need. We were allowed to have our own breakfast with no problem and we arrived very late (also no problem). It is very good for groups with motor vehicles (campers, bikers, etc.). They have been extremely friendly with our child. We could use their kitchen to make warm milk for example. The rooms and beds are really good, even if they do not have a direct baby bed. They have a stone oven grill outside and several verandas.
Please watch out that the description of the location on google is not accurate. Phone the owner for a better direction. It is relatively touristic, but very flexible for different groups (bikers, campers, different languages, etc.).
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
